Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our national sales team
  • Develop & implement an effective sales strategy
  • Build & promote healthy customer relationships
  • Define & measure both team & individual KPIs
  • Develop the team both as a group and individually
  • Put an effective coaching and training programme plan in place
  • Identify and recruit suitable team members as required




  • Degree in Agriculture or similar
  • Proven track record in sales performance3+ years experience in sales managerial position
  • Ability to create and implement a viable sales strategy
  • Strong leadership and communications skills
  • Effective presentation skills
