NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
This full-time, permanent role will see the successful candidate join a market leader in Ireland – connecting expertise with innovation driving results
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our national sales team
- Develop & implement an effective sales strategy
- Build & promote healthy customer relationships
- Define & measure both team & individual KPIs
- Develop the team both as a group and individually
- Put an effective coaching and training programme plan in place
- Identify and recruit suitable team members as required
Requirements:
- Degree in Agriculture or similar
- Proven track record in sales performance3+ years experience in sales managerial position
- Ability to create and implement a viable sales strategy
- Strong leadership and communications skills
- Effective presentation skills
