Candidate Criteria:
- Min. 2 years dairy farm experience.
- Educational background in Agriculture.
- Modern in their approach to farming, bringing new ideas and enhancing performance
- A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have the experience, skills, drive and commitment to run the operation successfully. They must have the ability to work on own initiative & liaise openly with employer
- Have pride in his or her work.
- Ability to commute/relocate
