Admin Administrator Full-Time / Part Time

Job Description:
As a valued team member, you will use your knowledge and experience to work in the accounts administration function for the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other members of the finance team, thereby contributing to an engaged team and helping to drive the business forward
- Ensure purchases and other accounting information are entered timely, accurately and efficiently
- Help other team members to ensure strong controls in place in the purchasing function through all steps from Ordering to Payment
- Perform other tasks for the finance team including, but not limited to:

- Entering Sales Orders
- Entering Purchase Orders
- Processing online orders
- Bank lodgements
- Batch dockets
- Posting monthly statements
- Weighbridge cover
- Answering telephones
- Uploading information to the new Scanning system
- Project work

- Contribute to the development of the overall Company as a successful, expanding and responsible organisation
Key requirements:
- Knowledge of integrated accounting package an advantage
- 1-2 years previous experience working in a busy office environment
- Strong IT skills – Excel, Outlook, Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
