Admin Administrator Full-Time / Part Time

Job Description:

As a valued team member, you will use your knowledge and experience to work in the accounts administration function for the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with other members of the finance team, thereby contributing to an engaged team and helping to drive the business forward
  • Ensure purchases and other accounting information are entered timely, accurately and efficiently
  • Help other team members to ensure strong controls in place in the purchasing function through all steps from Ordering to Payment
  • Perform other tasks for the finance team including, but not limited to:
    • Entering Sales Orders
    • Entering Purchase Orders
    • Processing online orders
    • Bank lodgements
    • Batch dockets
    • Posting monthly statements
    • Weighbridge cover
    • Answering telephones
    • Uploading information to the new Scanning system
    • Project work
    • Contribute to the development of the overall Company as a successful, expanding and responsible organisation

Key requirements:

  • Knowledge of integrated accounting package an advantage
  • 1-2 years previous experience working in a busy office environment
  • Strong IT skills – Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player
